Caitlin Coflin has been involved with Youth Ballet of Saskatchewan since 1994 and became an instructor in 2010 after receiving a BA Honours in Dance from the University of Winnipeg in affiliation with School of Contemporary Dancers.
Since returning to Regina, Caitlin has worked as a professional dancer with Robin Poitras' company Rouge-Gorge and with Connie Moker Wernikowski, and has been giving many opportunities to present her own work through New Dance Horizons. Most recently, she has become a Certified Movement Analysist and Somatic Practitioner (CMA-SP). Caitlin blends modern dance technique and somatic practices to help dancers find the duality between function and expression in their dance training.
