Claire Castle was born and raised in Regina, where she began her training in music and dance at the age of eight. Claire studied piano and voice, as well as ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, musical theatre, modern, and hip hop.
Claire toured with Saskatchewan Express for four seasons and has performed with local community theatres around Regina. She is passionate about the local arts community that provides so many opportunities for young people.
Claire has a wide variety of teaching experiences including: various dance styles, coaching high school dance teams, directing the Mini Express and the Expressions, instructing the Le Campagnole Italian Dancers, and choreographing for local high schools and theatre companies including Regina Summer Stage and Regina Lyric.
Claire is currently a full-time teacher with Regina Public Schools. When Claire is not in her classroom, studio, or rehearsal space, you are likely to find her involved in one of her many hobbies. Currently Claire enjoys taking Zumba classes, singing with the Lyric Singers, and serving as a board member for Regina Summer Stage.
