Explore Dance is designed for those looking to gain social, physical, and creative skills through the power of dance. Dancers with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, or diverse abilities have an opportunity to learn in a supportive environment while having lots of fun.
This program, designed for special needs students, utilizes the joy of dance and music to improve strength, muscle tone, co-ordination, flexibility and other skills.
